Refund Policy

FireBUGS may be returned within 30 days for a refund if product is unopened and unused (purchase price only; shipping and handling are NOT refundable). Returned product is subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Dept. Please indicate your reason for return and insure your package for its purchase amount. We will not accept packages sent COD or freight collect. To return your purchase, simply fill out the return information on the back of the packing slip and send it with the merchandise to:

Warranty Policy

FireBUGS carry a 30-day replacement guarantee (excluding shipping and handling costs). If any individual FireBUG is defective, contact us via email with the nature of the problem. If we cannot correct it by phone, we will promptly replace the faulty item.
